Privacy & Cookies Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is "Tsikas & Associates Accounting Tax I.K.E." (trading as "Dyadikos Logismos"), 57 Nikolaou Plastira St., 171 21 Nea Smyrni, Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210-9314851, email info [at] dyadikoslogismos [dot] gr.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the details you submit yourself: full name, email address, subject and the content of your message. In addition, our hosting server automatically records technical information such as IP addresses (server logs) for security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used exclusively to respond to your request and communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients are our technical providers acting on our behalf: our website hosting company (Hostinger) and our email provider (Microsoft 365), both bound by data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our communication, and are then deleted, unless retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can exercise your rights by contacting us at the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
7. Security
The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL) and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
8. Cookies and analytics tools
Technically necessary storage: One local storage entry (localStorage) is used in your browser to remember your choice in the cookie notice so it is not shown on every visit. It contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone.
Analytics (only with your consent): If you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (anonymous traffic statistics, with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous heatmaps and navigation patterns, with automatic masking of sensitive content). These tools are not loaded at all if you choose "Decline". You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser data. The providers (Google, Microsoft) act as data processors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
